Also, eat foods that can help induce your hormones and thereby your sex drive. Oyesters, bananas, avocados, nuts like almonds,onions, garlic,eggs, gingseng, etc will improve your libido.

Evenif the medications cause low sex drive, by addding these foods to your daily menu together with some 30 minutes exercise would help you overcome these problems.
