When diverting your mind to different subject, do not allow your mind to waver. You should be able to focus on the two subjects you want to concentrate. If you allow your mind to waver, you will lose focus on the subjects you wanted to concentrate.

This is very important when engaged in sex. Because, if you do not have minimum level of concentration, you will not be fully up.
